Shipping & Delivery
How long delivery takes
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days — roughly two to three weeks from the day you order.
We would rather give you one honest number than an optimistic one you find out is wrong on day nine.
Where your order ships from
We ship to the United States only. Our stock is held with our fulfilment partners overseas and shipped directly to you, which is what keeps the prices where they are. It also means the parcel travels further than one leaving a domestic warehouse, and the timeframe above reflects that.
You may notice a London address in our footer. Maisnkhai is registered as a UK company, and that is the address of the company — not of your parcel.
You will never pay customs or duty
Where an imported item attracts duty, we pay it. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for money before they will hand over a parcel, do not pay it — email support@maisnkhai.com and we will settle it directly, or reimburse you if you have already paid.

That is the whole pricing structure. No oversize surcharge, no remote-area fee, and nothing appears at checkout that was not on the product page.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned out. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us.
Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel on different days. That is normal and does not mean something is missing.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, email support@maisnkhai.com within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the box, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. We will not ask you to package a broken item and take it to a depot.
If tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we will chase it from our end rather than asking you to.
Where we ship
The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We would rather serve one country properly than half-serve several.
