This page sets out how to contact us about the safety of any cosmetic product bought from Maisnkhai, and how we handle those reports.
Reporting a reaction or adverse event
If you experience a reaction to any product bought from us, stop using it and contact us straight away:

Please include the product name, the batch or lot number if visible on the packaging, the date you bought it, and a description of what happened. Photographs help.
We acknowledge every report within two business days. Serious adverse events are reported to the relevant authority within the timeframes required by law.
A serious adverse event means one involving death, a life-threatening experience, hospitalisation, a persistent or significant disability, a birth defect, an infection, or significant disfigurement including hair loss, persistent rash or alteration of appearance.

Full ingredient listings appear on each cosmetic product page. If a listing is missing or unclear, email support@maisnkhai.com and we will provide it before you buy.
Patch testing
We recommend a patch test before first use of any cosmetic product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm, leave for 24 hours, and stop if any irritation appears.
