Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders outside our primary shipping region may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

What's your return policy?

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email support@maisnkhai.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually make changes before an order ships, but can't guarantee it once it's in processing.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Often, yes. If something you want is out of stock, email us and we can let you know when it's back.
