Shipping

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes — the United States is the only place we ship to.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 7–15 business days — roughly two to three weeks from the day you order. That is one honest window covering everything we sell, rather than a best case we cannot always meet.

Why does it take that long?
Our stock sits with fulfilment partners overseas and ships directly to you. That is what keeps the prices where they are. The trade-off is a longer journey, and we would rather say so up front than have you wondering where a parcel is on day nine.

Will I be charged customs or import duty?
No. Where an imported item attracts duty, we pay it. If a carrier ever asks you for money before handing over a parcel, do not pay it — email support@maisnkhai.com and we will settle it directly, or reimburse you if you have already paid.

Why does your address say London, then?
Maisnkhai is a UK-registered company, so our company address appears in the footer and on your receipt. That is the address of the business, not the origin of your parcel.

How much is shipping?
Free on every order over $50. Below that it is a flat $6.95, whatever you buy and wherever in the US you are. Nothing is added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Orders with several items may arrive separately over a few days. That is normal and does not mean something is missing. You will have tracking for each.

Do you ship anywhere else?
Not at the moment. We would rather do one country properly than five badly.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email support@maisnkhai.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. You will not be asked to send it back across the country.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can usually make changes before an order is picked, though once it is in processing we cannot promise it.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, processed securely at checkout, priced in US dollars.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.

Products

How do I know an item is right for me?
Every product page carries real dimensions, materials and how the thing behaves in a room. If you are weighing up a size, email support@maisnkhai.com before you order and we will tell you honestly which one to take.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually. Email us about anything that is out of stock and we will tell you when it is back.

Are the faux plants convincing?
Yes, with ten minutes of work. They ship compressed and need their branches bent outward and their leaves fanned at different angles. Left flat out of the box they look flat. Shaped properly they do not.
